My name is Sandra "Sam" Moreland I am a licensed cosmetologist.  I have been a hairdresser since 1992.  I currently hold a cosmetology license in KY and IN.  I frequently attend continuing education seminars.  I currently work in a local salon & boutique as an independent stylist.  My hair color, haircuts and curls at affordable prices include shampoo and blow-dry styling.  My ideal client is someone who likes style.  My non-discounted prices are listed at www.gurlzonbykes.com/hairbysam My prices are based on local trade standards.  If you would like an appointment it is scheduled with me by me for you.  I really do enjoy hair and look forward to a becoming your personal hairstylist.  KRCC members receive $5.00 off haircuts, no other discounts may apply, please ask for discount when scheduling appointment.
