The Kentuckiana Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, Inc. promotes the economic prosperity of Kentuckiana’s gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and allied (GLBTA) businesses. Using our collective economic strength, we advocate for GLBT civil rights in our community, our nation, and our world.
KRCC provides assistance including networking events, collective advertising, general business training, and specialized training in Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender (GLBT) issues.
KRCC is an affiliate chamber of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). As a national umbrella organization, the NGLCC is a clearinghouse of ideas and information for and between businesses and organizations. The NGLCC works with state and local chambers and business groups on various issues. Most importantly, the NGLCC is the premier advocate on behalf of LGBT owned businesses, professionals, students of business, and corporations that share in our desire to expand the community’s financial opportunities, economic growth, continued innovation, and equality.The NGLCC is dedicated to seeking input from its members in developing policies and setting priorities. From the Board of Directors to the committees, councils and task forces, the NGLCC is committed to diverse leadership.
